Computer Hardware Basics - Computer Main Components

Assalamualaikum and Hi silent reader(s). This is my first reflection about the topic that I've learnt in this course. The topic is Computer Hardware Basics.
In this topic, I learned about the computer operations, information processing cycle, computer components and the characteristics of computer.
There are 4 basic operations that a computer can perform which is Input, Output, Processing and Storage. The other is Communication. These 5 activities forms the information processing cycle.
A computer converts data (input) to become information (output). Processing requires a set of instruction, known as programs and software. A computer holds data, instructions and information in storage for future use.
Computer Components can be divided into two : Hardware and Software

Hardware - The electrical, electronic or mechanical parts of a computer. It includes input devices, output devices, system unit, storage devices and communication devices.
Software - Known as program, It tells the computer what tast to perform and how to do it. It includes System Software and Application Software.
